NienteDiGrave.it is an Italian web portal which aim is to bring the use of telemedicine to the beautiful country. In fact, thanks to this platform it is possible to enable doctors to conduct encrypted video consultations with patients. Upon registration, both parties gain access to a wide range of functions, including the ability to schedule appointments with their desired specialists. In addition, with this healthcare app, users can book the necessary medical tests. Last but not least, the user benefits from the immediate speed of the consultation.

The Challenge.

 

There were some graphical aspect that needed to be adjusted to allow an optimal use of the healthcare app; in addition, for users, some pages or links were not accessible and so they were not usable. These issues led users to lose interest in using the platform, discouraging its development. New customers were also put off by these problems from registring, so the platform had not the possibility to grow and reach more and more people. 

 
 
DuckMa Solution.

 

After analyzing user feedback, which included input from both doctors and patients, a strategy was developed to address all reported issues. This resulted in the creation of the final version of the healthcare service, that is to say a system fitted with an enhanced graphical interface that incorporates all necessary links and buttons. Overall, this has ensured a comprehensive and functional service accessible to all users.
