Todoist is an App that does what its name already promises: it organizes our activities in to do list practices, a tool that many consider to be of enormous support for time management, productivity and even personal growth.
Without exaggerating and without wanting to cross over into metaphysics, Todoist is an excellent task manager that, first of all, allows us to create the list of tasks to be completed in different ways: we can create recurring tasks or "unique" tasks, planned or shared with others users, and manage them through a cross-platform view.
Created in 2007 by Amir Salihefendic, to date Todoist has helped people (millions) to “complete 1.5 billion tasks in over 150 million projects,” the official website reads.
Todoist's interface is simple and straightforward, and the app has virtually no learning curve. Similarly to the "cousin" Notion, Todoist also guarantees offline use to then proceed with synchronization once the connection is back.
As we complete the activities, it is sufficient to "tick" them (not without some satisfaction) to see them disappear from our list and then move on to the next point.
With Todoist we can count on a desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux and a mobile app for Android and iOS, as well as extensions for the main browsers.
The basic version is free, Pro version costs € 3 per month and Business version for teams costs € 5 per month for each user.
